Breaking News - LTTE finally admits that their "Supreme Leader" is dead

LTTE, you have been had!

A short while ago, Selvarajah Pathmanathan, alias KP - chief weapons smuggler and Interpol wanted terrorist issued a statement to the BBC that their leader, Vellupillai Prabhakaran was killed in "fighting" on May the 17th. LTTE have declared a national week of mourning and promised to fight for Tamil rights using non violent means, a most startling change in position.

Here is the original BBC news article:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/8066129.stm

General Sarath Fonseka is live on National TV - ITN now (5:00pm BST - 24th of May).

This is it, its over, the final nail in the coffin, LTTE has been confined to the history books.

We ask our readers to ponder on the following

1 - What is going to happen to the remaining LTTE funds, conservative estimates say the booty is close to $1 billion, you may remember that it was EFT who first revealed that the diaspora were fighting over the funds when the first sign of LTTE's military prowess was under question.

2 - Think about why KP has suddenly come to the fore, who is he (apart from a gun runner), why did he first say that VP was not dead?

Basil tells international community to be our partners, not monitors
By Vindya Amaranayake

The international community is welcome to provide Sri Lanka with assistance, but it should be according to the wishes of the people of this country, including the people of the North, Senior Presidential Advisor and MP Basil Rakapaksa said in a message to the international community.

“If they want to be our friends, then they should be genuine friends. We do not want ‘monitors,’ we need partners. Be our partners in this task to help our people,” Rajapaksa said.

He expressed the government’s gratitude towards the countries that have already pledged support and added, “We will have discussions with them. And, if it is purely money, meant for the development of the people and the country, we will accept it. Otherwise, we will not. We have learnt our lesson. We will not forget it. For the last 30 years, this country suffered. Our position is, we do not want Trojan Horses. We will not accept that.”

Highlighting that ‘international community’ does not signify just a handful of nations, he emphasised that many nations across the globe helped Sri Lanka defeat terrorism. He also said although one or two individuals in a country criticise the Sri Lankan Government, it does not mean the people of that country are not sympathetic towards Lanka’s fight against terrorism.
Rajapaksa stressed the point that it was the people of this country, and not the members of the international community, who had to endure the bitter civil war for nearly three decades and therefore, they know the pain of that suffering more than anyone else.
“The international community must understand that it is we, the people of this country, who had to endure this problem. There is nobody else, who understands the repercussions and the sufferings than us. The suffering was not confined to the individual communities of Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims or the Burghers. Every single person in this country suffered. Not those who are outside the country.”

Mahen,

I believe that this announcement has something to do with British Terrorist Leader David Milband who is going to be the next supreme commander of LTTE.

Honestly, I have the feeling that LTTE is coming to terms that with futility of any near term armed struggle without Prabha. Also, he must be understanding the harm brought to their fake cause bu various acts of terror around the world like arson, acid attacks etc. Otherwise, KP must be looking for another round of funds to fatten his coffers.

let me reitterate again....

LTTE attempting to elect Jan Jananayam to represent LTTE interests in EU as an MEP (member of European Parliament)

now I understand that GoSL have a bad relationship with the EU... and may be their infulence will be minimum... put this in to perspective... and think why EU and USA put us in this situation and think how these goons infiltrated them

and her campaign effort is heavily supported by student groups!!!!!

put this in to context and understand the diplomatic war we have to face... LTTE is finished... no doubt... but the threat will be there and we must act now!!!

Great White Master (Protector of Eelamtards) Speakshttp://tinyurl.com/onkqkj

I'm sure that Gota will in shock when he reads the following from Gordon Brown, Lecturer-in-Chief to Sri Lanka on how to conduct anti-terrorist operations.

Gordon Brown yesterday backed Pakistan’s military drive against Taliban extremists in the Swat Valley.

He also urged other countries to step up humanitarian assistance for refugees fleeing the violence.

Mr Brown called the offensive ‘a vital drive’ by the government to assert its authority over militants who have rejected Pakistan’s constitution and judiciary.

However, he acknowledged that the fighting came at a ‘high price’ in terms of innocent civilians ‘tragically displaced’
Further comment is unnecessary and would be cruel to our British 'friends'.

BBC have admitted for the first time that their leader Sir Vezapizza Prabond is dead.

A statement issued by the BBC said their 'incomparable leader' had 'attained martyrdom' and declared a week of mourning.

Bugger! Sir Vezapizza Prabond was killed in her majesty's service. Her majesty will have tea with his successor, Sir KP 'Gun' Runnerbond next week.

Cheers!

Friends, when will you realize that KP is taking you for a ride! Just like TamilNet did. From where did he suddenly appear? Is he a mole?
If any one is genuine, please help build the lives of those IDPs as soon as possible. A big thank you for all those who have already helped.

Folks,
Infamous Iqbal Athas (Karry balla) is at it again.
Do you folks know that one of the co-contributors to the most recent CNN article is Iqbal Athas?
This report tries to have everybody to believe that the UN Chief's reported revulsion is at the conditions of the welfare centers for the displaced. But he (Ban) was referring to the field where the last battle was fought.

This is what above mentioned CNN report says.

"United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Saturday visited refugee camps housing such victims. "I have traveled around the world and visited similar places, but this is by far the most appalling scenes I have seen," he said."

It is appalling how this media whores bending the truth.

"CNN's Iqbal Athas in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and CNN's Sara Sidner contributed to this report."

Mahen, I have some idea why. LTTE is trying to de-proscribe itself in USA, UK, and EU so that the can carry on the same agenda.

Mahen said...

Looks like the remnants of the LTTE has split into two camps, the Castro camp and the KP camp, as long they go camping and issue camp statements, we don't mind. Some unheard of LTTE wings are coming to light "international affairs", "DDA", "international intelligence" etc., funny thing is there is no more LTTE in Sri Lanka, maybe they are planning to create Eelam in Toronto.

Ashoka said...

Mahen,

my two cents for the questions you asked. I'm sure you know the answers for both, see whether I got any close :

1) KP initially said VP (he was the first one to say this and was in a great hurry to do so) is alive and safe in order to force SLA to finish him. (if they had him in their custody that is) Just less than one day after the statement, he was indeed found dead!

2) Now KP is the first one among LTTE to admit that the VP is gone. This he is doing to quickly ensure his leadership over what left of LTTE (before any one else emerges) Among other things he can control the large amount of money.

3) Further points : KP says VP died on 17th, not 19th as govn says. But then again on 18th it was the same KP who told us that VP is alive and well.

What stands against this is the official story of the army. which sounds so convincing.....

I have few questions too : what about Lawrence, Vellalan and the body of Pottu ? Did the first two manage to sneak into Wali-oya on the night of 16th ?

Mahen said...

Velavan and Lawrence are probably dead, the SLA is not going to waste time identifying their bodies as quite honestly its pointless.

Refer to our original Pottu story, we were scoffed at when it was published, hope you understand now.

Await a brief on Pottu / KP / Castro relationship.

The Dead Praba Sketch

Monty Python

(slightly adapted by MI.)

The Pest Shoppe

A customer enters a pest shop.

Customer: 'Ello, I wish to register a complaint.

(The owner does not respond.)

C: 'Ello, Miss?

Owner: What do you mean "miss"?

C: I'm sorry, I have a cold. I wish to make a complaint!

O: We're closin' for lunch.

C: Never mind that, my lad. I wish to complain about this Praba what I purchased not half an hour ago from this very boutique.

O: Oh yes, the, uh, the Norwegian Blue,...What's,uh...What's wrong with it?

C: I'll tell you what's wrong with it, my lad. 'E's dead, that's what's wrong with it!

O: No, no, 'e's uh,...he's resting.

C: Look, matey, I know a dead Praba when I see one, and I'm looking at one right now.

O: No no he's not dead, he's, he's restin'! Remarkable bird, the Norwegian Blue, idn'it, ay? Beautiful plumage!

C: The plumage don't enter into it. It's stone dead.

O: Nononono, no, no! 'E's resting!

C: All right then, if he's restin', I'll wake him up!

(shouting at the cage)

'Ello, Mister Polly Praba! I've got a lovely fresh cuttle fish for you if you show...(owner hits the cage)

O: There, he moved!

C: No, he didn't, that was you hitting the cage!

O: I never!!

C: Yes, you did!

O: I never, never did anything...

C: (yelling and hitting the cage repeatedly) 'ELLO Prabby!!!!!

Testing! Testing! Testing! Testing! This is your nine o'clock alarm call!

(Takes Praba out of the cage and thumps his head on the counter. Throws it him in the air and watches him plummet to the floor.)

C: Now that's what I call a dead Praba.

O: No, no.....No, 'e's stunned!

C: STUNNED?!?

O: Yeah! You stunned him, just as he was wakin' up! Norwegian Blues stun easily, major.

C: Um...now look...now look, mate, I've definitely 'ad enough of this. That Praba is definitely deceased, and when I purchased it not 'alf an hour ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein' tired and shagged out following a prolonged squawk.

O: Well, he's...he's, ah...probably pining for the fjords.

C: PININ' for the FJORDS?!?!?!? What kind of talk is that?, look, why did he fall flat on his back the moment I got 'im home?

O: The Norwegian Blue prefers kippin' on it's back! Remarkable bird, id'nit, squire? Lovely plumage!

C: Look, I took the liberty of examining that Praba when I got it home, and I discovered the only reason that it had been sitting on its perch in the first place was that it had been NAILED there.

(pause)

O: Well, o'course it was nailed there! If I hadn't nailed that bird down, it would have nuzzled up to those bars, bent 'em apart with its beak, and VOOM! Feeweeweewee!

C: "VOOM"?!? Mate, this bird wouldn't "voom" if you put four million volts through it! 'E's bleedin' demised!

O: No no! 'E's pining!

C: 'E's not pinin'! 'E's passed on! This Praba is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker!

'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies!

'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig!

'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!!

THIS IS AN EX-PRABA!!

(pause)

O: Well, I'd better replace it, then.

(he takes a quick peek behind the counter)

O: Sorry squire, I've had a look 'round the back of the shop, and uh, we're right out of Prabas.

C: I see. I see, I get the picture.

O: I got a slug.

(pause)

C: (sweet as sugar) Pray, does it talk?

O: Nnnnot really.

C: WELL IT'S HARDLY A BLOODY REPLACEMENT, IS IT?!!???!!?

O: Look, if you go to my brother's pet shop in Bolton, he'll replace the Praba for you.

C: Bolton, eh? Very well.

The customer leaves...
