Breaking News – Jeyam confirmed dead

Intel has just confirmed that top terror leader “Colonel” Jeyam has been killed in action. Yesterday, the SLA killed number of middle rung leaders and hardcore cadres that will get announced later stage. Intel is delaying the release of news about the death of Jeyam to the free media due to the sensitive nature of the current operations, a lot of news is being censored, we only published the above after being given the go ahead. More terror leaders are dead, but the names are not being released. However, MOD has confirmed a top leader is dead without mentioning the name.

About 20,000 civilians are expected to cross over to the liberated areas today. Although credit is given to the 58th infantry, it is the SF, Commando Regiments (attached to the 58th) and LRRP that are doing the hard work. They are leading the way while the infantry units are following them and conducting clear up / mop up operations.

As for the Jeyam, you can wait for another 24 hours and see.

Let's discuss the pottu story when time is right.
At present, you should be busy with enjoying the sucess while we need to bring some more news for you.

Sam Perera,

Bro, it's said that still there are many Mahaveer families around him.

Still there is 2/3 of the NFZ to be cleared. Anyway, since we boxed the LTTE s' Puthumathalan FDL, it's very unlikely that there will be big LTTE defenses towards south from North. So we can expect the 58 to push south soon and life is easy since the northern part of the NFZ is almost vacated.

53 will break in at anytime and i heard that Special Teams are dominating some areas inside the NFZ.

Anonymous said...

What about inviting any (friendly) foreign nations to test their new weapons in NFZ after taking all hostages out? Or we can organize some sort of party or competition or.. nice to see India, Pak and China bombing this area in a race... This idea looks strange but I like it..

Anonymous said...

Now 55 and 58 can join.. why don't we hear about that..?

SL LION said...

you still have not answered my questions? Are Palamattalan,Putumattalan and Ampalavanpokkanai already seized?

/Bro, it's said that still there are many Mahaveer families around him./

SLA should give a final dead line to surrender to all mahabooruwas and any remaining mahabooruwas must be declared as terrorists and send to peelaam.

UAV footage shows LTTE firing at civilians

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) footage of the Sri Lanka Air Force showing a small group of armed LTTE cadres firing indiscriminately at a group of civilians attempting to cross over to the cleared areas in North of Puthumathalan where the Army 55 division is stationed.

In the footage the vague shapes of civilians shot by the LTTE are visible upon closer inspection.

Ninja Bro,

I think It's becoz 58 is our main fighting unit. 55 is more of a defensive unit. They will do the clearing and defend the coast.

58 was blessed with 2CR from the beginning as their forward fighting unit. This is the secret behind there success since Mannar. We should not forget the leadership given by Brig. Shivendra Silva and his deputy. Col. Bansajaya.

Why the vociferous tiger supporters have gone quiet.
That shows they were not concerned about the civilians. Otherwise they should have been the happiest after yesterday's rescue.
Did Piraba fight for these civilians. According to Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, when someone fulfills the basic needs, he moves to the next level and so on. Self actualization was what so called Eelam would have offered. It is pretty clear that those who wanted Eelam were well fed diaspora (not all) living around the world, not these civilians Piraba was supposed to be fighting for.
All these protest taking place all over world has something behind it. Those asylum seekers whose cases are pending will have to return and they are making a last ditch effort to rescue themselves from being deported. Also many who profited from Terrorism will lose their lively-hood.

Mahen said...

Killing of Nadesan is pointless and his death would not matter. He is the Eelam equivalent of the Iraqi Information Minister - Tariq Aziz. He never ever matterred militarily. Honestly, we will lament his passing, Eelam minus jokers is boring.

Anybody got any links to protests in France? I like to see these mother fuckers being arrested.

Mahen said...

Mottapala,

We should not hit people (Eelamists) when they are down. That isn't the Sri Lankan way is it?

Time to start thinking about reconciliation and national integration. The terrorist problem is over, now comes socio-economic problems that we should all get together and resolve.

Mahen said...

Don't equate the hatred of LTTE with Tamils. The two are very different, LTTE and their supporters are terrorits and terrorist sympathizers, the Tamils are our brothers and sisters and fellow Sri Lankans.

Does it not pain you when you see thousands of innocent tired, haggard and hungry civilians arriving in our areas clutching whats left of their belongings, their babies and dragging along the dead and injured. When the civilians are angrily blaming the LTTE, it is not a propoganda set up or forced under durress, it is entirely from their heart and own free will, they hate the LTTE as much we do. Its equal to the Mafia ruling over a country and extorting them and killing anyone who crosses them.

These civilians are blameless, blame the LTTE and exterminate this vermin once and for all. Sri Lankans are a very considerate people and do not like to see their fellow Sri Lankans suffering like this.

With yesterdays surprise move. SLA were able to box the Puthumanthalan LTTE FDL. As lankadeepa.lk reported, SLA were able to capture many pussies alive. 55 will clear up to the new Line of defense of 58 Div.(Created by 9GW, 9GR & 11 SLLI) along with Special Forces & Commandos.

We should be dominating Palamattalan,Putumattalan and Ampalavanpokkanai for sure according to delence.lk. They wont declare it as liberated until they defend it.

58 broke through Ampalavanpokkanai yesterday. Now they are at ValayanaMadam (Valaignarmadam, according to tamilnut).
